SilverTree Assistant is our Google integration for multiple private, invitation-only AI assistants and chat groups. Depending on the bot’s configuration and the permissions you grant, it can help with tasks involving Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, or Sheets—for example, finding information, summarizing a document, or preparing a calendar update.

Available actions vary by assistant. The invitation and authorization flow should explain the specific features and Google permissions before you connect. Ask the operator if anything is unclear; you do not need to connect an account to read these policies.

Private does not mean just you.

Your requests and relevant task data may be processed by the cloud model provider you have authorized for your AI assistant. Responses may be delivered through Discord or another configured chat integration and visible to the audience of that conversation. Conversations, assistant memory, and operational logs may be stored.

Before asking about a message or document, check who can see the conversation. Do not send information you are not authorized to share, and review important outputs and actions. AI can misunderstand instructions or return incorrect information.

Connect deliberately. Leave clearly.

Google-derived data is used for the specific assistant services you authorize—not sold, used for advertising, or used to train models. These protections also apply to derivatives of Google data.

You can revoke future Google access in your Google account. Revocation does not delete previously stored data. To request deletion, email us; we handle requests manually and delete controlled copies within one month of verification, subject to narrow exceptions explained in our privacy policy.
